The avalanche of changes that constantly attack education imposes on us the indisputable need to change the way of reorganizing the structure of the lesson, they require new creative approaches according to the needs, interests, and possibilities of the students. Such opportunities allow devices with systematic and operational knowledge which will enable them to use them in different situations when solving problems in a creative way, specifically through the implementation of different strategies. The writing elaborates the effective strategies of reading comprehension as an integral didactic activity to achieve the goals and objectives laid out in the teaching work.
In addition to the harmonization of the expected effects, in this context, we talk about the learning strategy, by which we understand the ways that are applied through which the learning technology is changed and adapted, the architecture of the lesson, as well as the concept of transferring learning information. This paper presents strategies for reading to: identify key information and ideas, relate prior knowledge, encourage meaningful interaction with the text, foster active and critical skills. Also, this includes monitoring and evaluation before, during and after reading.
