Abstract
There aren't many people that have experienced national oppression like the Albanian people, who dwell in their native Kosovo and other places, throughout the history of the peoples of Europe. The most extreme methods included ethnic cleansing of the Albanian territories and colonization with Serbian elements, in addition to tyranny, terror, brutality, physical extermination, etc. Serbia has historically colonized Albanian regions using a variety of strategies, particularly the eastern lands, or Polog, which are the subject of this paper's analysis.
The conquest of Albanian lands and their colonization began since ancient times. As the other conquerors went, the Serbs who settled in the ethnic Albanian lands arrived and still live here today.
