Abstract
This study aims at a serious scientific analysis of public speaking by a master of communication, of rare people, to distinguish between political public speaking and stage public speaking. Our goal is to stop to analyze in more detail political speaking in front of a certain mass from the position of a deputy and stage public speaking as an actress. These are two profiles that are not so distant but that in themselves retain their own specificities, and that have as their average speaking, communication skills in front of the mass, the populace, viewers, art lovers.
For the term oratory, in the Albanian language lexicon, the term “gojëtaria’’ is also used; in Croatian “govor-nistvo’’.
The German researcher Herman Paul sees the term rhetoric as originating from the Latin “rhetoricus’’ which belongs to the speaker, g. “zum Redner, zur Redekunst’’, the art of speaking; effective knowledge that elevates the linguistic formation in public speaking, which adds to the stylistic value of the use of language and the construction of the text not only in terms of semantic accuracy, but also in terms of beauty, in order to express oneself convincingly and with stylistic richness. The term “rhetor” means the connoisseur of the art of speaking (“Kenner der Redekunst”), eloquent speech (rednerisch). The Romans used this term in the sense of a teacher of speech. There are several authors and scientific books that have treated this topic in a general aspect, but we will focus on the specifics of this type of communication, political public speaking and stage speaking.
